He said~

" i felt dizzy.....agitated.....disoreinted...fatigue.....my breathing was almost gone...."

And so that was what eLms told me and it almost took his life. According to our research in the net;

Heat stroke

Heat stroke is also known as sunstroke, thermic fever, or siriasis. Heat stroke occurs when the body is no longer able to control its temperature in extreme heat: the body temperature rises rapidly, the sweating mechanism fails, and the body is unable to cool down. Heat stroke can cause death or permanent disability if emergency treatment is not given.

Warning signs of heat stroke vary but may include:
  • an extremely high body temperature (above 39.4 °C, orally);

  • red, hot, and dry skin, because of no sweating;

  • rapid, strong pulse;

  • throbbing headache;

  • dizziness;

  • nausea;

  • confusion, and even unconsciousness.
He suffered fr almost all that was written above. The worst was his hands felt numb then his legs. He was quick enuf to tell the trainer that he was bout that he wanted to puke out and his head was spinning. His colleagues were quick enuf to pour ice to his body. He thot he wont b able to make it; alive!

He gave me a shock when I rcved his sms while I was on my way to Bt Panjang Ring Rd. I was so shock to get to know that death was just that near.

So, does that mean he needs to quit his job and find another?
